REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We happily accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
Items must be in new unused condition.

It can take up to 10 days to fully process a return after we receive your returns.
We will email you when we receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company. It may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace defective items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at rapid@breckenridgestore.com.

Returns Shipping Instructions
Carefully package returns. Returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging will not be accepted.
When shipping items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
